I have worked with Arlana for years and recommend her often. Customer service is one of her strong points. ALWAYS responds timely, ALWAYS listens to what my needs are and works to fulfill them. The product I have recieved over the years has always been high quality. Arlana is friendly and professional.
Arlana is fantastic. She goes above and beyond, bringing you samples, catalogues, etc. and is available at all times. Great attitude and the pricing is amazing. I have ordered from her at least a dozen times and have never been disappointed. Ordering online can be convenient but there's still something special about talking to someone face-to-face and that person bringing you samples that you can touch and feel before ordering. On a separate note I've found her full color, bleed, glossy printing to be amazing and VERY inexpensive. (We print a lot of fliers.) If you're in the San Diego area you should give her a try next time you want to print anything.
Arlana was excellent! Aside from a high quality project, her customer service was second to none which very refreshing in a time where customer service seems to be a lost art. I will definitely use Amenitees again for my printing/design needs!
I needed some masks when they were hard to get early in the 2020 pandemic. Amenitees was offering such items for sale. I ordered and they arrived as promised. The transaction was smooth. I was able to talk with the owner to get my questions answered. I was impressed; great service during crazy times!
Arlana is awesome. I ordered cups customized with my logo, but unfortunately when they arrived I realized they were going to be too small for the intended use. When I explained to Arlana that I blew it on size, she quickly jumped in to action. Within a day she had the new size I needed ordered, and they arrived in time for my event! I didn't think it was possible to get them soon enough, but Arlana was very diligent in making sure it happened!
We recently ordered some Eco bags with Arlana. We were on a tight deadline to get the order in time for a VIP event and Arlana was brilliant, she made it happen! She was passionate, clear with what she needed from us and was determined to help us out. The result was excellent! I legitimately cannot say enough positive things about Amenitees and Arlana. We use her for all of our uniform embroidery, logoed supplies, and specialty promo products. Her turnaround time is insanely fast; if you have the info to her (logo files, quantity, etc), you can get pricing, a proof, and your items shipped in just the first few days.
She can source ANYTHING. We've had so many products made by her: floor decals, face masks, ribbon, hats, uniforms, wax baggies, stickers, and so much more. She works her tail off to get whatever you need FAST, and she always makes it happen while keeping her pricing fair. She is one of my favorite vendors because her friendliness takes her past the point of being just a vendor; she cares about you and your business. Arlana you are the BEST!
